Bar Roller
This is a simple yet very effective economy roller option. Its large diameter and wide clearance between the bars makes it very difficult to block, except in the most extreme conditions.
Discotwin
Standard to the Profilab and Techmaprofil, the Discotwin is a extremely heavy duty packer roller and clod breaker. It’s 5mm thick “blunt” discs should not be confused with the thinner sharp discs found on so many other makers machines. The Discotwin is able to carry all the weight and down draft of the implement, even on the lightest of soils, whilst creating a firmed layer just below the surface. The surface itself is left in the perfect condition to allow further weathering prior to the final seedbed preparation or drilling.
Springflex 520
The Springflex or Heko roller is now widely accepted as one of the most effective depth control/soil consolidating rollers on the market. Used for many years on the Techmagri Techmasem L tine drill, it is also ideal for use on all types of stubble/seedbed cultivators. The 4 sprung bands that make a complete circle are able to individually flex allowing them to follow the ground contours and shed any soil that sticks to them.
Pneuflex 520
Pneuflex is ultimate all-weather option and should be selected when it is essential for a machine to keep going in all conditions. The flexible heavy-duty rubber skin is placed over a cast steel centre to make an extremely strong and durable roller, that is able to shed any soil, even in the wettest of conditions.
Flexmulch 310 & 314
Flexmulch is an extremely effective addition to any cultivation machine. As well as fitting to Techmagri equipment, they are also available as a stand alone item for retro-fitting to any make of cultivator and come in 2 tine sizes.
Flexmulch 310 has 10mm diameter tines that are 550mm long and are mounted in pairs on 3 bars, that can be adjusted for angle and pressure.
Available in widths of: 1, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 metres, with one or 2 mounting arms.
Flexmulch 314 has 14mm diameter tines that are 740mm long, again mounted in pairs in 3 rows with the same adjustments as with the 310. Available in: 1.2, 1.8, 2.4 and 3.0 metre widths, with 1 or 2 mounting arms.
