Techmaprofil

The Techmagri Techmaprofil features the longer version of the Marcel Michel curved tine. Working depth is a range of between 25cm (10”) and 45cm (18”). The tines are arranged in 2 rows with all the left curving tines at the front and all the right curving at the rear and are available in 2 different spacings. The tines are also configured so that the vertical section of the rear tines follow exactly behind the front ones. This is important to ensure total soil movement in one pass.

As with the Profilab, the Techmaprofil is also the perfect tool for establishing Oil Seed Rape and can be supplied with either a Stocks Micro Meter (rigid frame machines only) or Turbo Jet applicator as a factory fitted option

All machines feature as standard the Discotwin rear packer roller. With its 5mm thick discs the Discotwin is designed to cut clods and also re-consolidated the soil leaving a finish ideal for natural weathering and volunteer growth. The Discotwin is also used to control the depth of the Techmaprofil with the total weight of the machine transferred onto it to ensure even depth control.

There is also the option to fit the Techmagri Flexmulch harrow to the rear of the Discotwin. This consists of 3 rows of pitch adjustable tines of either 10mm or 14mm thickness.

The use of Tungsten Carbide wearing parts considerably reduces the operating costs of the Techmaprofil. TC tips with a special Hard Faced coating are supplied as standard to one end of the reversible points. Weld-on tips, which are easy to attach, can be supplied for the other end when the points are ready for turning. In addition there is a TC option on the replaceable shins, which we recommend, as they consistently prove value for money. Available in widths from 2.5 to 5 metres there is a Techmaprofil to suit you.
