Cultimulch, from Techmagri, the perfect way to start your new cropping year. Even out those clumps and lines of chopped straw. Mix with a little soil, but essentially keep the straw in the sunlight where it will breakdown much quicker. Disturb slugs and slug eggs, particularly in Oil Seed Rape stubbles. Encourage volunteers and weeds to chit.
All this can be achieved at a very low cost, both in time and money. With 2 models to choose from and work rates of well over 1ha per metre per hour, Cultimulch is not just for Direct Driller’s but all those who recognise the value of crop residue to the soil.
Heavy duty tines with reversible/replaceable points are more aggressive than the North American style round tines and are much more suited to UK soil conditions and volumes of straw.
